Salutare!
8 Gb RAM, 128 Gb stocare.
Multumesc!
Probleme cu semnalul GPS
It sounds like the GPS hardware is working fine since Google Maps and other apps detect your location instantly. The issue might be specific to how iGO My Way and Nextgen interact with the tablet’s GPS — possibly a compatibility problem with Android 11 or the Mediatek Kompanio 500 chipset. You might try installing an older or updated APK version of the navigation app, or check if mock location settings are interfering. Sometimes, clearing app cache and resetting GPS data can also help. Speaking of smooth performance, I had a similar “boost” in experience when trying traffic rider all bikes unlocked in gaming — everything just worked better.

This sounds like a frustrating but fairly common issue with iGO on newer Android versions. Since GPS works correctly in Google Maps and weather apps, it’s likely related to how iGO handles location services on Android 11 rather than a hardware fault. Some iGO versions require additional settings such as disabling battery optimization, enabling precise location (not just approximate), or allowing location access “all the time” instead of “only while using the app.” It may also depend on compatibility with the MT8183 chipset. Troubleshooting issues like this is much easier when shared within knowledgeable communities and social connections where others may have faced and solved the same problem on similar devices.
